If your booking is cancelled after you have been matched with your driver and taxi, it shall be treated as NO SHOW by customer. NO REFUND shall be applicable in such cases and entire booking /advance amount shall be treated as cancellation charges.

At the pick up time: You must check identification of the driver and confirm the license plate of your car at the start of the trip. Do not ride the if the vehicle is not commercially licensed.
Do not ride, If the vehicle and driver information do not be match we shall not be responsible or liable in any manner. If you choose to ride in a vehicle that is not commercially licensed or ride with a driver other than the one that we have assigned to you.

If you cancel the booking less than 24 hrs before the pickup time, 15% of the booking amount shall be applicable as cancellation charges. If you cancel your booking less than 4 hrs before the pickup time, No refund shall be applicable.

Base Fare includes Fuel charges, Taxi Rent charge, service charge and booking charge
Waiting charges would be Rs.250/hr. It would be applicable if driver waits for more than 30 min from the scheduled pickup time at your pickup location.
Only one stop for 30 minutes will be included during the journey for meal.
Balance amount needs to be paid to driver at the beginning of the journey.
Provide one time password (OTP) to the driver so that he may start the trip.
